Our yoga classes are conducted by experienced Yoga and Meditation teachers of Ananda Marga, who are practicing them for more than 10 years and have integrated those spiritual practices as a part of their lives.
Our center currently offers the following courses:
- Adult Beginners
- Adult Intermediate
- Adult Advanced
- Adult On-going
- Yoga for Pregnant Women on request
- Vegetarian Cooking
- Yoga for Kids
What you will learn:
- Warm ups and stretching exercises
- Yoga postures (asanas)
- Guided deep relaxation with visualisation
- Yoga dances
- Basic technique of tantra meditation
- How to prepare a delicious, healthy and sentient food

Schedule of classes:
Each level of the yoga course except for the on-going courses consists of 6 weekly lessons lasting 2 hours per lesson.
Beginners Course:
Dates: October 20 - November 24, 2008 / January 12 - February 16, 2009 / March 2 - April 06, 2009
Every Monday at 18:00 - 20:00

Yoga for Pregnant Women:
Every Wednesday at 18:00 - 19:30 (on request)
Pregnant students are expected to get clearance from their doctors or midwives if they can do the Pregnant Fitness Program. This course is ongoing, so students can join in anytime. Confirm your attendance by email or phonecall.
All the courses above will be given in English only.
